Data controller

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), the data controller is Kesit Video. Address: Türkiye. Email: info@kesitvideo.com.

Personal data processed

• Identity and contact: email address; with Google sign-in, name and profile picture link.
• Customer transactions: plan, subscription period, customer number at the payment provider, refund requests.
• Transaction security: session record, IP address and browser details (in server logs).
• Requests and complaints: problem report messages and the browser details you chose to attach.

Your video, audio and image files and your projects are not processed or transferred; they exist only on your device.

Purposes and legal grounds

• Creating your account and signing you in: entering into and performing a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
• Running subscriptions, payments and refunds: performing a contract and legal obligation (art. 5/2-c, 5/2-ç).
• Keeping the service secure and preventing abuse: legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).
• Answering problem reports: legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).

Transfers

Your personal data is passed, only for the purposes above and only as far as needed, to these service providers: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Polar (payments and invoicing), Resend (sending email) and, if you choose Google sign-in, Google. Their servers may be abroad; transfers abroad are made under KVKK art. 9 on the basis of [TRANSFER BASIS: explicit consent or standard contract].

When you use features that download model files, or use stock videos, your browser connects directly to Hugging Face, jsDelivr, Google Cloud Storage, Pexels or Pixabay, which see your IP address; nothing passes through us in those connections. Only stock video search words, and a Pixabay video you add, go through our server, without your IP address.

How data is collected

Data is collected electronically: from you through the sign-in, payment and problem report forms, from the subscription events the payment provider sends us, and from server logs.

Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

• To learn whether your personal data is processed, and to ask for information if it is
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used for that purpose
• To know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, it is transferred to
• To have it corrected if it is incomplete or wrong
• To have it erased or destroyed under KVKK art. 7
• To have corrections and erasures passed on to the third parties it was transferred to
• To object to an outcome against you that arises solely from automated analysis
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing
