The rule: only dependencies under MIT, Apache-2.0, BSD, ISC, MPL-2.0, OFL and LGPL, and public-domain licences more permissive than those (CC0, Unlicense, MIT-0, 0BSD, BlueOak). No GPL. Our tests check this list every time.
