Terms of use

The service
Kesit (kesitvideo.com) is a short-video editor that runs in your browser, with single-job video tools. It is provided by Kesit Video. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Your content is yours
The videos and projects you edit belong to you. We do not see them, keep them or claim any right to them. Making sure you have the right to use the content is your responsibility.
Plans
The free plan works without an account. Pro and Studio are sold as monthly or yearly subscriptions; prices and what each plan includes are on the Pricing page. A plan’s limits are applied on your device and unlocked by an entitlement token our server signs.
Nobody pays for features shown as “coming”; they are added to their plan when they arrive.
Unacceptable use
- Trying to harm the service’s servers, overload them or get around their security.
- Altering or forging the entitlement token to get past plan limits.
- Using the service to make unlawful content or to infringe other people’s rights.
Warranty and liability
Because the work happens on your device, the result depends on your browser, your device’s power and its storage. The service is provided as is. Your projects exist only on your device, so we recommend backing up important ones as .kesit files; we are not liable for losses caused by browser data being cleared.
As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
If we change these terms we update this page, and subscribers hear about significant changes by email. Carrying on using the service after a change means accepting the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
